Womenโs Medicine Circles
Full Moon Gatherings for Rest, Rewilding & Rising
Each month, under the light of the full moon, women gather in sacred circle to reconnect with the ancient rhythm that lives within us. These circles are sacred pauses; moments to exhale, release, and realign with your truth.
These evenings are gentle portals between the seen and unseen, a place to release what no longer serves and to call in whatโs ready to bloom.
๐พ The Essence
The full moon invites illumination; a pause between cycles, a time to honour endings and welcome new beginnings. These circles offer sanctuary from the noise of modern life; a space for presence, tenderness, and quiet reflection.
๐ฏ๏ธ What to Expect
Each Full Moon Circle (2โ2.5 hours) includes:
Grounding meditation and smudging ritual
Gentle sharing and intention setting
Restorative sound bath and deep rest
Cacao or herbal tea for reflection and journalling
Embodied movement or dance
Closing circle and blessing
Youโre invited to bring a small item for the altar โ something that carries meaning from the past moon cycle, symbolises what youโre releasing, or represents what youโre calling in for the next phase.
๐ Why We Gather
To rest โ in body, heart, and spirit.
To rewild โ remembering our instinct, intuition, and truth.
To rise โ renewed, connected, and rooted in sisterhood.
These circles are an invitation to come home to yourself, to be held by the rhythm of the earth, and to remember that you belong โ to your body, your voice, and the great turning of the moon.

๐ Ceremony at Home
If you arenโt able to join the in-person gathering, youโre warmly invited to create your own sanctuary at home.
The Wolf Full-Moon At-Home Ceremony is a gentle, guided practice designed to support rest, release, and reflection under the first Full Moon of the year. Rooted in nervous-system-led rituals, Yoga Nidra, intuitive movement, and journaling, this self-guided ceremony allows you to receive the medicine of the Wolf Moon in your own time and space.
Whether distance, timing, or capacity makes gathering in person unavailable, this offering ensures you can still connect to the energy of the moon โ with kindness, belonging, and care.
