This Wolf Moon Medicine ceremony was created for women who felt the call to gather under the Wolf Full Moon in ceremony.
It is for those who were unable to attend the in-person ceremony, and for those who wish to receive this medicine in their own time and space.
This is gentle, embodied medicine. Nothing to push. Nothing to fix. Nothing to get right.
You are invited to move slowly, listen deeply, and take only what you need.
The Wolf Full Moon carries the medicine of instinct, boundaries, and belonging.
The wolf knows when to be alone and when to gather.
She trusts her body.
She honours her needs.
She belongs — first to herself, and then to the pack.
This ceremony invites you to remember that same wisdom within yourself — even when you are practising alone.

• A guidebook to the full 90-minute ceremony, including a simple self-opening ritual, reflection and journaling prompts, and a self-closing circle
• A guided Yoga Nidra for deep rest and nervous system regulation
• An embodied dance ritual practice for intuitive movement and insight

WHEN TO PRACTISE
This ceremony is best received during the Wolf Moon window, when the lunar energy is still potent and supportive:
• Evening of the Full Moon — 3rd January
• Morning of the Full Moon — 4th January
• Any time up until the end of day on 4th January
You are also welcome to return to the Yoga Nidra at any time beyond this window, whenever your body asks for rest.
