Do I need any prior experience with retreats, yoga, or healing work?
Not at all. These experiences are designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether this is your first time or you’ve explored this kind of work before, you will be gently guided throughout. There is nothing you need to know, prepare, or get right. What if I feel nervous or unsure?
This is completely natural. Many women arrive feeling a little unsure — and quickly soften once they step into the space. You will be met with care, presence, and sensitivity, and everything unfolds at your pace. You are always in choice. What should I bring?
Just yourself, as you are. You may wish to bring comfortable clothing to move and relax in, swimwear if water immersion is included, and a journal if you enjoy reflecting or writing. Everything else is thoughtfully provided. What should I wear?
Wear something you feel relaxed and at ease in. Soft, layered clothing works beautifully so you can adjust as your body temperature shifts throughout the experience. This is a space to feel comfortable and held.Where do the retreats take place?
Your retreat takes place in the peaceful countryside setting of The Quaives — a private, nurturing space surrounded by nature, designed to support rest, reconnection, and gentle transformation. How do I get to The Quaives?
The Quaives is located in the Kent countryside and is easily accessible by car. If you are travelling by train, the nearest station is Canterbury West, followed by a short taxi journey to the retreat location. Full directions will be shared with you after booking. Will the experience be tailored to me?
Yes, completely. Each retreat is intuitively designed around you — your energy, your needs, and what is present in your life right now. Before your retreat, you will be invited to share what you’re moving through so your experience can be gently shaped in response. What does a retreat include?
